Forgotten plays across 10 paylines where players encounter dark graphics and ghastly monster symbols. Jumpscare pop-ups occasionally appear during base gameplay to heighten the spooky atmosphere. Wins form by matching symbols across the lines, while special mechanics help shape the session.

The bonus round awards free spins utilizing expanding symbols to boost win potential. Players can also utilize the Chance x2 mechanic to increase bonus triggers or use the Buy Bonus feature for direct access.
