Dragon Shrine, explained
Updated 12 Oct 2026How expanding wilds work in Dragon Shrine
Dragon Shrine's take on big wild coverage is the Dragon Stack Respin. When a full stack of dragons fills the first reel, every dragon and wild symbol on the reels locks in place, and you get 3 re-spins. Any new dragons or wilds that land also lock, and the wins are added up when the feature ends.
For a new player, that means one tall stack can turn into a screen full of the same symbol. With 40 lines on a grid whose middle reels are taller than the outer ones, a reel covered in dragons can hit many lines at once.

3 Bonus Scatters on a single spin start 10 free spins. The difference from the base game is the double stack: dragon stacks can now land on either the first or the fifth reel, filling both sides with dragons, and either one can trigger the Dragon Stack Respin. There is no bonus buy.
Is Dragon Shrine for you?
It suits players who like a calm, clean design and one clear feature to watch for. Fire Tale offers nudging wilds and fire respins in a similar Asian setting, and Sakura Fortune II brings a Japanese theme on a grid of the same shape as this one.
