Eye of Horus uses a standard 5x3 grid layout with 10 fixed paylines. Wins are formed by matching symbols across these lines, with Egyptian icons serving as the high-paying symbols and card icons as the lower ones. The base game focuses on landing the Horus wild symbol, which expands to cover the entire reel whenever it appears on the middle three reels.

The main bonus round is triggered by landing three or more scatter symbols, awarding 12 free spins. During this feature, any expanding wild that lands will upgrade the lower-paying tablets into the next highest symbol.
