Indi features a 6x3 grid where players aim to land matching symbols across 10 paylines. The reels are populated by classic card ranks alongside thematic high symbols like the explorer, pharaoh, and eye of horus. The Book of the Scarab acts as a wild symbol, substituting for others to help form winning combinations across the reels.

The main feature is triggered by landing 3 or more scatter symbols, which awards 8 free spins. During this round, a symbol is randomly selected to act as an expanding symbol, potentially covering entire reels for larger payouts.
