The Swipe Report

How we count

The Swipe Report is built from what Plentyspins players actually do: their swipes, their favorites and the time they spend in a game. Here's exactly what counts.

What a swipe means

Every card on Plentyspins can be swiped three ways: right saves it as a favorite, left passes, and up opens the game to play. The report counts all three, and the share of each is what you see in a game's bar.

A swipe that gets undone (the undo button) doesn't count, and swipes from visitors going faster than a person can for a whole hour are left out of the week entirely.

The top 10

The chart ranks games by the number of players who swiped right that week, with one vote per player per game: saving the same game ten times still counts once. A game needs at least five votes to chart. The arrows compare each game's place with the week before.

Percentages like “71% swiped right” are shares of all swipes on that game. Rates only count for games and studios with enough swipes that week; the minimum grows with the week's traffic and is printed at the bottom of every report.

Play time and the longest session

Play time is measured in 30-second beats, and only while the game is on screen: a hidden tab or a locked phone pauses it, and a gap of more than a minute ends the session. A session counts at most four hours, and each player counts one session at a time.

Every session passes a quick, invisible bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) when it starts and every 15 minutes after that. A session that fails a check ends there and doesn't count.

The longest session of the week gets a second check. Only players who agreed to Exactplay's tracking can hold the record; we look up the ten longest sessions from ten different players in Exactplay's bot score, drop any that look automated or stand out from the rest, and the longest one left is the record.

The awards

  • Biggest climber: the biggest rise in right swipes on the week before, for games that already had a fair number.
  • Hidden gem: the highest share of right swipes from outside the top 10, well above the site average.
  • Second chances: the game most often passed and then brought back with undo.
  • Straight to play: the highest share of swipes that went straight up to play.
  • Best rated: the best average star rating given that week, from at least 20 ratings.

Weeks, countries and publishing

Weeks run from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00 UTC, numbered the ISO way (so 29 December 2025 was in week 1 of 2026). A new report comes out early every Monday, and once it's out it doesn't change.

Countries come from the network a swipe was made on; we never store your IP address. A week with too little activity gets no report.

Everything on Plentyspins is played with play money. Take breaks: Plentyspins is for fun, and for 18+ only.
